A cancelation with less then 48 hours notice will require a non refundable retainer to secure your next appointment. The retainer will apply to the appointment. My assistant will monitor bookings and contact you in the event that we need to collect a retainer. Limited special circumstances will apply.

You will need to maintain your hair, coming in for follow up services and using quality products and tools are just a few of the ways you can do this.
